If you are unhappy with a product that you purchase from Peppervan.com.au for any reason, simply tell us within a day, and we will replace it or provide you with a full refund for the purchase price to return the items to us. Please contact our customer service staff and we will make all the necessary arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Any damaged or wrongly delivered item will be replaced within 3 days free of cost.
All items can be cancelled 2 hours before the order is out for delivery without any charge.
Unopened, unused non-perishable items (other than Frozen items ) can be returned in their original packaging within 3 days of receipt. Delivery charges, if any will not be returned.
Perishable items ( including frozen items ) should be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
If an item you choose is not in inventory, we reserve the right to replace the item with an equivalent product. We will adjust the price if the product is less, and we will not charge more if the product is more.
In case of returns being taken as per our returns policy, for cash on delivery, we will return the money for the returned goods at the time of delivery itself. In case of credit/debit card payments we will credit the money back to your credit/debit card or net banking which takes up to 8 to 10 working days to reflect in your statement.
You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging.
If we consider that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met, we will not provide you with a refund or replacement and we will return your product to you.
